In-Direct Cost Reimbursement Policy (for Contractual Agreements only)

It is the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation's policy to limit the reimbursement of in-direct costs paid as part of a contractual relationship with a vendor or grantee to be no more than 10% of the total direct costs of the project. The Foundation requires that the in-direct costs being allocated to the project be documented by the vendor or the grantee as to how these cost were calculated or approved.
